Returns

We accept returns within 3 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with all original tags attached and in their original packaging.

How to start a return

Email hello@wearklasik.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return, and we'll reply with instructions.

• Exchanges: For a different size or colour, start a return and place a new order, or contact us and we'll help arrange it.
• Return shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
• Faulty or incorrect items: If an item arrives damaged, defective, or not as ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
• Final sale: Items marked final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
